Committee on Rules of Parliamentary Procedure, Ethics and Support to Work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine recommends that the Parliament scrutinizes in the First Reading the Bill of the Law on Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine concerning the Realization of the Principles by the Temporary Inquiry Panels and Special Temporary Inquiry Panel of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

The Bill (Reg.№4367) envisages the Amendments to the Laws "On Temporary Inquiry Panels and Special Temporary Inquiry Panel of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine", "On Operation-Investigation Activity" and Criminal Code of Ukraine. The document envisages "the provision of the conditions creation for the activity of the temporary inquiry panels, facilitation of the parliamentary control for the work of the temporary panels and conditions concerning the investigation in case of crime of high treason at the part of the President of Ukraine or other crime".
